You need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to the bank server for additional identification. Please, contact the authorized Bank for the information of the rules and methods of the additional identification.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment. For this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and covered communication channels data transmission are used.
The entering bank card data is carried out in a secure window on the processing center payment page.
Fill in the fields on the payment page with the card number, the name of the cardholder, the expiration date of the card and a three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/ CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the other card side.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Service Administration, the mandatory conditions are: 1) negotiations. If a resolution of the dispute has not been reached, then 2) the presentation of a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute.
The recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of the claim receipt.
Letters of claim are sent by courier, or by registered mail to the addressee at the parties location with a notice of delivery. It is not allowed for the parties to send letters of claim by other means. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Service Administration.
