You can return the bought from our site goods within 14 days, if the fabrics appearance is presentable (with no defects and of the type and quantity suplied) and so the packaging. The product should not be used.The transportation expence is to be paid by Customer.
After we receive the returned goods, we check them within 3 days, then if the goods meet the return conditions, we make the refund.
To return money to your bank card, it is necessary to fill in the “Application for a refund”, which is sent upon request by the company to the e-mail address, and send it with an attached copy of the identity document to info@axioma-fabric.kz.
If there are justified claims of the goods quality the refund will be made by the Company to the bank card within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the “Application for a refund”.
To return funds for transactions carried out with errors, it is necessary to apply with a written application and the attachment of a copy of an identity document and a receipt confirming the mistaken transfer. This application should be sent to info@axioma-fabric.kz.
The refund amount will be equal to the amount of the purchase minus the cost of services rendered. The term of consideration of the Application and the refund is calculated in working days not incliding holidays and weekends but from the moment the Company receives the Application.
